Michelle Artmeier - REALTOR®
As a member of the Brownsburg community, I respect and value the trust that clients place in me when searching for their new home. I have always felt a service orientation and real estate gives me an amazing opportunity to share this with others. In addition to my real estate career, I serve as Vice Chair for the Department of Neurology and the Chief Operating Officer of Neurosciences with the IU School of Medicine. My clinical and significant financial responsibilities, with a focus on the patient experience, lends themselves well to real estate as both roles require the ability to identify what people need and how to negotiate the very best deal for my client.
I am also a mom to three boys (my #1 job!), a wife, and a very active community member. I’ve most recently served in leadership roles with local foundations, parent groups, town committees and youth sports groups. I serve as a mentor in my position at Indiana University and hold membership in various professional organizations. In 2017, I was the IU Health Presidents Values Leadership award winner and the first IU School of Medicine professional staff member to receive this award. In 2019, I was also recognized as a winner of this prestigious award, in the category of team leadership.
I also LOVE real estate, having bought and sold six homes in the towns of Brownsburg and Speedway during just the past two years. I have an eye for investments and houses that, with a little love, can be exactly the home that you have dreamed about. Buy or sell a home and let’s work together so that you can become part of its story!
